Projects Made Easy™ ‘Software Licence Terms of Use Agreement’

Definitions:

Projects Made Easy™ ‘Software Licence Terms of Use Agreement’ Definitions: Projects Made Easy Ltd 'Software Licence Terms of Use Agreement' applies to anyone who visits the Projects Made Easy™ website, uses or purchases any of our products (as-is or customised) or services.

In this 'Software Licence Terms of Use Agreement' policy and generally on the Projects Made Easy™ website.

"we", "our" or "PME" means Projects Made Easy Ltd; Projects Made Easy™ is the name of the web-based software.

"you" means you, the person using our products, services or visiting our website.

"services" means all products, goods or services we provide and anything else we do for you, including allowing you to access our website.

If you are a Projects Made Easy™ customer, then Projects Made Easy Ltd 'Software Licence Terms of Use Agreement' policy will apply to your use of our products or services. Other contractual terms apply to some services. It is important that you are familiar with all of the terms applying to your use of our services.

Licence:

Projects Made Easy Ltd distributes all software under a licence agreement. Free trials of Projects Made Easy™ are valid for 14 days. After that period, if you would like to use the software legally, you must purchase a licence. Our 'per user' licence allows that purchaser to operate the Projects Made Easy™ software for a period of one calendar year from the date of purchase. The Projects Made Easy™ software can only be utilised online by logging in through the website. Fifteen megabytes of space is allocated for each user licence. Additional file space can be purchased as required by contacting us. The Projects Made Easy™ software can be accessed from any computer that is connected to the internet. Each user will have a unique login and password, which should be kept in confidence by the user. Sharing, redistribution, or on-selling by the user of this login and password is prohibited.

Reselling Projects Made Easy:

Only authorised Projects Made Easy™ ‘Sales Agents’ can sell Projects Made Easy™ licenses. These ‘Sales Agents’ will have individual contracts and terms of use under a separate agreement.

Warranty/Refunds:

Projects Made Easy Ltd accepts no responsibility for problems arising from the use or abuse of any of our software titles. No refunds will be made in any circumstances. The software is an ongoing project and we will do our best to ensure clean code. Bugs, errors, etc will be fixed on an ‘as discovered' basis and the latest version of the software will be available for registered users to access.

Termination:

Projects Made Easy Ltd is not responsible for lost data or system instability caused by our software. Termination: Projects Made Easy Ltd has no obligation or need to monitor customer accounts, but may do so if for any reason it believes there is just cause. Reasons could include illegal activity, pornography, uploading of virus infected files or questionable material. If deemed necessary for the reasons aforementioned, Projects Made Easy Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts. Discretion will be used, and action may be taken to ensure server integrity for other customers.

Projects Made Easy Ltd retains the trademark for Projects Made Easy™ software. Projects Made Easy Ltd also retains the copyright to all material on its website and to the design and function of the Projects Made Easy™ software. The user holding the licence retains copyright for information entered into the Projects Made Easy™ software. Nothing may be copied under any circumstance or by any means whatsoever.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and the privacy of all users and visitors. We do not sell, rent, lease, or give away our user list or email addresses. We will only contact you to notify you of any bug fixes or new features that will change the way you operate Projects Made Easy™. We make every effort to keep your information safe and secure. Unfortunately, due to the very nature and environment of the Internet, we cannot ensure that all communications and personally identifiable information will never be disclosed.

We may, from time to time, gather specific data from user browsers as they enter and exit the site. This information is standard, and contains data like referring URL, pages viewed, and amount of time spent on the site. No personal user contact information is gathered. This data is used for internal calculations of traffic, platform, and download counts.

Payment for Software:

We utilise secure servers to complete customer orders. Payments can and should only be made directly to Projects Made Easy Ltd based in Cambridge, New Zealand. These payments can be completed online. NO payments are to be made to our Sales Agents under any circumstances. Projects Made Easy Ltd will pay them directly.
